Cabins, Cottages and Bungalows :

We have the perfect fit for you with one of our beautiful cabins, cottages or bungalows (2 night minimum or 3 for holidays)

• Cozy Cabins (74,75,78,79) are $139.00 a night plus a one time $65.00 cleaning fee, plus tax
• Resort Cottages (1,2,&70) are $169.00 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $65.00, plus tax
• Resort Cottages (3,4.5,6,7,8,9,10,122, 821) are $169.00 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $65.00, plus tax
  (Cottages 1, 2 and 70 are $10.00 more a night)
• Stilted cottages/bungalows (104 & 106) are $179.00 a night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $125.00, plus tax

Weekly Rate- $479.70/week plus tax and a $9.00 per day Utility Fee.

What is the difference between Premium & Deluxe?

Deluxe meaning you are closer to the wonderful beach across the street. Our deluxe are the first two sites on each row.

Premium meaning all other sites behind the front two rows.

Cancellation Policy:

We collect 1/2 of the rent if out 30 days. The other is collected 30 days before arrival. The guest has 7 days to cancel or choose another rental. After 7 days if the guest cancels, we will open up the property for rent. If we rent it, we will refund the amount we collected back to the guest. If not, the owner will get the rental minus the rental management percentage. If the guest wants to rebook for another time we will rebook for then.

A few rules to consider

• Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am.
• We are family friendly with children who love to play, that being said, the speed limit is 5mph through the park.
• Be courteous and clean up after yourselves and pets.
• We do not allow clotheslines, tents, or outdoor freezers.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No glass containers by the pool.
• All buildings have a zero smoking policy within them.
• Washing vehicles on resort property requires a $10 fee plus tax.
• Must be 25 or older to rent a cottage.
• RV check in is at 1pm and cottage check in is at 4pm, check out all is 11am.
• Do NOT throw away any metal chairs, grills, ONLY trash.
• Please do not walk through the other guests sites.
