Please note: We provide towels based on the number of people your cottage is equipped for and two rolls of toilet paper, after that we do not replenish towels/toilet paper.

RV Sites

Surrounded by lush, natural landscaping, our modern RV sites offer level concrete pads with exceptional onsite amenities. All of our RV sites feature full hook-ups, (30 & 50 amp) electric, cable, Wi-Fi and a picnic table. Best of all, when you walk out your door, you’re just steps from the white sands of Carrabelle Beach.

RV Check in is at 1pm

Resort Cottages

Our stylishly furnished cottages include a loft, flat screen TV, washer and dryer, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and fresh bed linens and towels. Featuring a private bedroom, loft and fold-out sofa, these delightful cottages can sleep up to four adults and two children. (Note: The loft is not full-height and includes narrow stairs.)

Resort Cottage Policies:

2-night minimum stay
3-night minimum stay during holidays (must pay in full or will receive a call to pay remaining balance.)
One-time $65 cleaning fee plus tax
One-time $100 pet fee plus tax (if cottage is pet friendly)

Cozy Cabins

As soon as you set foot inside one of our cozy cabins, you’ll feel right at home! Featuring two private bedrooms (one with a full-size bed and one with two sets of bunk beds) and a living area with a futon, these adorable cabins sleep up to eight people. Each cabin also includes a spacious outdoor deck, electric fireplace, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and two TVs.
