Cabins, Cottages and Bungalows :

We have the perfect fit for you with one of our beautiful cabins, cottages or bungalows (2 night minimum or 3 for holidays)

• Cozy Cabins (74,75,78,79) are $139.00 a night plus a one time $55.00 cleaning fee, plus tax

 

• Resort Cottages (1,2,&70) are $169.00 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $55.00, plus tax

 

• Resort Cottages (3,4.5,6,7,8,9,10,122, 821) are $169.00 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $55.00, plus tax (Cottages 1, 2 and 70 are $10.00 more a night)

 

• Stilted cottages/bungalows (104 & 106) are $179.00 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $100.00, plus tax

 

• Ocean View Beach Loft (80) is $169 a night plus a one time cleaning fee of $55, plus tax.

*There is a $103.50 deposit which comes from your total balance, and you just pay the rest upon arrival.*

For the weekly rate you are only paying for 6 nights with your 7th night free if there are 7 nights available upon booking.

We also have MONTHLY RATES  from August - March 31st:

Premium site, the price of only $995.00 a month with a $100.00 electric fee since we are not metered, plus tax.

Deluxe site, the price of $1045.00 a month with a $100.00 electric fee since we are not metered, plus tax.

Our deposit is $103.50 for a monthly.  $48.50 for a nightly/weekly stay. This deposit is not an extra fee. It comes from your total balance and you just pay the rest upon arrival.

What is the difference between Premium & Deluxe?

 

Deluxe meaning you are closer to the wonderful beach across the street. Our deluxe are the first two sites on each row.

Premium meaning all other sites behind the front two rows.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 30 days or more before your expected arrival date, we keep $13.50 and refund you back the rest of your deposit
• If you cancel less then 30 days before your expected arrival date, we keep $28.50 and refund you back the rest of your deposit
• If you cancel 24hrs or less than your expected arrival date, you either forfeit your deposit or 10% of your total reservation, whichever is greater
• We understand things happen and we would love for you to come see us at a more convenient time for you. With that being said, you can always change your dates with no penalty! 
• NO refunds after check in. If you do not plan to stay your entire stay, please tell us before you pay your balance at check in.
• At the time of cancellation there will be a 3% convenience fee (credit card processing fee) charged on the deposit or amount paid at time of cancellation.
• If you cancel on a holiday week you will lose your entire deposit

A few rules to consider

• Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am
• We are family friendly with children who love to play, that being said, the speed limit is 5mph through the park
• Be courteous and clean up after yourselves and pets
• We do not allow clotheslines, tents, or outdoor freezers
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• No glass containers by the pool
• All buildings have a zero smoking policy within them
• Washing vehicles on resort property requires a $10 fee plus tax
• Must be 25 or older to rent a cottage
• RV check in is at 1pm and cottage check in is at 4pm, all check out all 11am
• Do NOT throw away any metal chairs, grills, ect. ONLY trash.
• Be courteous and do not walk through other guests sites
