This Saturday’s Country Market at the Crooked River Lighthouse is going to be fabulous!

Country Market 

Saturday, May 15, 9 am – 1 pm

 

VEGGIES!!! We’ve got VEGGIES!!!! Come to this Saturday’s Country Market for truly locally sourced veggies and herbs – from the lighthouse’s very own garden! We’ve currently got cucumbers, squash, baby watermelons, and a variety of herbs. Plus this open-air market has local vendors on hand with hand-crafted goods, like coastal wooden puzzles, delicious baked treats, locally roasted coffee, art and photography, hot boiled peanuts, and homemade candles and salves. Cost: Free to shop. $10 to be a vendor.

But wait there’s even more! Enjoy live music from the fabulous singer/ songwriter Susan David on the front porch of the Keeper’s House.  And at 1:00 pm, the return of the awesome Wild Weed Walk around the grounds with Denise Williams. Learn about medicinal, edible and useful wild plants all around you. Cost $5. Max 10 people.
